Rental Policies
- We charge for time out, not time used.
- Loading and unloading is a courtesy, we are not responsible for any damage.
- Rates do NOT include sales tax if applicable.
- The customer is responsible for all damage, losses, accidents, and/or theft.
- Our Insurance company requires that all renters show two forms of identification; with one being a valid OHIO driver’s license. No State IDs, No out-of-state renters.
- All renters must leave a credit card security deposit that is pre-authorized for two days rental or the total replacement cost of the equipment. If you do not have a credit card, one week’s rental in cash or check will be accepted for deposit.
- Rental cannot be applied to purchase.
- Weekly and Monthly rentals must be paid for upfront, otherwise, it’s day by day.
- All prices are subject to change without notice. This price list will change over time, always call first for current pricing. We are not responsible for errors or changes.
- All equipment comes with a full tank of fuel and must be returned full, or a fuel service charge will apply.
- 4 hour and daily rates apply to open business hours only. Overnight rates available every day except Sundays.
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AmEx, Cash, or checks.
- Delivery and pickup available at reasonable rates, please call.
